Im not an expert on the Ibuki character. But I know Chuchoryu made a nice version of Ibuki. Im sure there are other creators. But thats the only one I know of. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I want to know which is the version most updated the character Ibuki
Since seen several versions in Chinese, but not is what kind of files are compatible with American versions.

Chuchoryu did not make any Ibuki. That sad excuse for an Ibuki that has his name on it is just a horrible edit of Fido's Ibuki (which was good before Chu touched it).
