Avengers two called Age of Ultron

http://ca.ign.com/articles/2013/07/21/comic-con-avengers-2-title-is-avengers-age-of-ultron

I don't think it has anything to do with the comic, I just think they just liked the name.

Your right it doesn't, its just a name. I want to know how scarlet witch and quicksilver will fit in as villains in an age of ultron film. Maybe like n the show, he is an AI, and he gathers villains to battle the avengers?

Vin here pretty much gives away the fact he's playing Vision by mentioning the multiple versions of the character. (When he mentions Ultron and Proctor both creating a version of the character that he's going to play.)

Meeeh ... I don't quite like the idea of Vin playing Vision  *Iceman ThumbsDown!*

Though he DOES seem to have the lack of emotion in his acting down

What??!!!! If you watch the end of Avengers, there is a scene with Thanos. Why aren't they using him?

I guess so. Well, then I just hope they add Spidey in this one since he got a movie. I hate people who get all their information on heroes from movies and then bash my favorite hero by saying "Spider-Man  isn't in Avengers. lol."

Spider-man is by Columbia Pictures (I think) and Avengers is by Disney (I think) so sorry to pop you're bubble but I doubt that they'll be connected. If they were, then where was Spidey when New York was attacked? Maybe Avengers was before The Amazing Spider-Man?

The first Avengers movie was released before The Amazing Spider-Man which is by Columbia/Sony, and that is a good point about the different studios. I really thought Disney should have gotten the rights to Spidey after Spider-Man 4 got cancelled (because the old ones were by Columbia as well). And while we're on that topic, the X-Men movies were all made by Fox, except for maybe The Wolverine, which I haven't seen yet, so Wolvie might not make it either.  :'(

The film rights to Spider-Man, X-Men, and the Fantastic Four are currently licensed out to other studios, inluding a large portion of the supporting characters for those franchises. So no, Spider-Man and Wolverine will not be appearing in the next Avengers film, and neither will Human Torch or Thing.

None of those movies take place within the same canon as the Marvel Studios pictures, and have no placement on that timeline.

The Wolverine movies were produced and distributed by Fox. I suspect that when the rights finally revert, we'll be getting a new actor to portray Logan.

I doubt that the movie producers want to have Spiderman and wolverine in the avengers, there are heaps of avengers already to choose from, still antman, wasp, black panther, scarlet witch, quicksilver, vision, miss marvel, even she hulk, still to be added to the team before any "new" avengers make the movie scene, in this avengers movie universe, and to boot those two characters have there own movies, that stem away from the what avengers villians and storylines would cater for, i would hope they would eventually make a movie with them in it, but not till the 5th movie or so, it wouldn't really be fair to the comics that spanned for 40+years before wolverine and spidey joined the team, but that's just my opinion

ok, once again: Spidy, the X-men and any Fantastic Four WON't be in any Marvel cinematic Unevierse movie.  They Just Can't.
Only if the movies owned by the studios (X-men/F4: Fow & Spidy: Sony) won't work (a l'a Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeanze that was just crap, and Sony didn't want to do another sequel, so they know that the GR series wasn't working and then they reverted the rights to Marvel).
Spidy was the first char that could have been reverted to Marvel, cuz they canceled  Spidy 4, so the were advice that if they didn't make a movie within a year then, they needed to revert the rights to MArvel, and Spidy is not a movie franchise that anyone would like to lo$e. That's why we can't see also the X-men in a Marvel film, even Origins that was a crappy movie, left Fox with a looot of money, and that's the same case why we are going to see an X-Factor movie in 2 years from now... Maybe if the Fantastic Fou movie sucks, we'll see another reboot (gosh, not again) but in the Marvel/Disney universe.
This is all about money

Marvel has just announced that Ultron will be played by James Spader

Discuss how he might be a better option than Affleck as Batman or not... :cool

Isn't this just a voiced by type thing and not necessarily being the character.? I would assume Ultron would be mostly cgi so I see no problem with this.
