Mugen crashes when I start it

My MUGEN currently works ONLY on EvE with categories....It crashes when I use the MUGEN SUPER WARS screenpack,....of course it may be attributed to the fact that I almost filled the thing....

Maybe its because the Mugen super wars, its for Hi-res mugen, and you are using it on winmugen

some screenpacks just act one i got one that i want to use but crashes every time i use it
