Auto Install for MUGEN

I was wondering if anyone else knew about this. I forget the name of it though and I cant find it on the net. On another forum, I remember seeing a post about a program that automatically installs MUGEN once its downloaded. Well, not installs but it puts chars and stages into the select.def?

Is there really such a program that does this?
Is it still available?
Is it safe to use?
How exactly does it work?

How exactly does it work? YOU CAN EDIT A SCREENPACK, ADD THE CHARS AND STAGE MORE EASY AND FASTER

I can tell you what it says in a minute,as spanish is my native language
Mugen Executor v0.31: Front End for MUGEN in which you can configure the most used parameters.It gathers the "power" of the mugen.cfg and select.def in one software It can be translated into spanish by deleting this file:language.lng
Mugen CFG v1.0: Soft that lets you edit the Mugen.cfg file so you can change the sound and video settings
Mugen Select v0.8:allows you to edit the select.def file
The other two allow you to create a basic char and  stage(Easychar and Easystage)

Thanx. But im still curious as to whether or not its safe for mugen. It doesnt to be that too many people have used it. Is there any kinda crash history or comment board? I doubt there is but...
