Need Help I created Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 intro plays music but no video

I created ultimate marvel vs capcom 3 intro but for some reason i keep getting  black screen video, music plays but no video. Can somebody help or fix it i'm willing to send it to whomever. im tryin to get my intro work for my marvel vs capcom 3. If someone can help hmu up asap.

So, you've created an intro.sff. And an intro.def. And within the .def you have defined an animation to play the frames of your video? Mugen won't take an AVI or anything.
