Interesting Zelda Timeline theory
« on: April 11, 2008, 12:32:51 AM »

Honestly I never even thought about a timeline in the series. I thought they were each in different worlds, but this seems to make sense.

TBQH, a split timeline is not going to work.

AVGN's timeline retrospect made more sense to me, with LTTP in the early stages, and whatnot.

Still, interesting video.

yea, it kind of makes me wonder about what would happen if they unite All the Links together, revisit the lands other then Hyrule Link visited, and their most dangerous enemies comes together for revenge.
and I think super mario 2 might also have a connection with The Legend Zelda: Link's awakening, after Warts gets kicked out of Sub-con by Mario and Co, he re-appeared in Link's awakening to perform a song to Link to learn.
and I wonder (if by any chance) if the games where he appears as a guest character has a connectiont to the time line. like with Soul Calibur 2 and super mario RPG and any others that are not related to the main Time line.

Wow, that makes alot of sense. I haven't touched a Zelda game in years and that was the SNES game lol. So does Phantom Hourglass or Twilight Princess kill this theory for anyone who has played any of those titles and watched this?

I haven't played PH yet, and I'm kind of stuck at one part in LoZ:TP (it's this part and they give you like the worst clue ever, although I hear some erie song play when I'm swimming near Hyrule... Kind of like the song you here when you look at Majora's moon in Majora's Mask).

So I have no clue.

My favorite Zelda game would have to be Majora's Mask, because the puzzles were so challenging and fun at the same time. A lot of people hate it because of the 3 day thing, but you actually go back in time and depending on how long you play, 3 days could feel like a year. lol. I wish LoZMM got ported to NDS. Also morphing into Goron's and Zora's was the best experience I've had in a Zelda game.

Hells yea also with all the other cool masks like the bunny hood and such that game was great
