Rou Hei - Person who saved MUGEN

I was looking over MUGEN's history today, and got to thinking about how when Elecbyte left, MUGEN was a small, hardly popular DOS engine. But there was also the private WM beta, but even that was limited, and even less popular (hence private beta).

If not for Rou Hei taking the beta, hacking it and releasing it for all to use, chances are we wouldn't be here playing crazy match-ups of the best fighters, or waiting on any release parties.

Kinda weird to think of.
