How to add custom continue screen

Hey guys I was wondering how you add a custom continue screen to a screen pack?  Do you do it with story boards like the game over screen or do you have to do it a different way..?

Different, it's done through the system.def file.

okay im in the system.def and i see this..

;Continue screen definition
[Continue Screen]
enabled = 1               ;Set to 1 to show continue screen, 0 to disable

i tried to add a storyboard to that and it didnt work.. I tried to edit the common1 and it also didnt work.. I tried to add it to a character and that also didnt work @_@

All that the continue screen is a "do you want to continue? yes, no" screen.
