I know its been a long time since i actually posted something but i saw this and thought you guys would wanna see this. Mugen on PS3!? Looks awesome right. still some lag. I did not make this btw and here is the info from PS3-HACKS! Your ps3 does need to be Jailbroken for this though.

That 2D side-scrolling thing looks more like BOR/OpenBOR. I wonder how this guy makes this beat em up in Mugen. Hope it'd be a beat em up where you fight multiple enemies.

sayyyyy what? you dont mean the Mugen game in the vid do you?

this is not a good thing right here. as if sony dont got enuff issues they definetly dont need to see on YOUTUBE that people are porting mugen to ps3. next meeting...shut down fan games!

thats exactly what they should have been doing.

or do what i am doing.....no comment. but anyway i plan to hook mines up to flat screen tv and use my controller i have just for Mugen playing. simpler and no worries about companies swat style at your door with SONY on the back of their jumpers.

yeah man thats old news. very old.

. i did it with my moms laptop and her flat screen tv had the hookups already on it for pc compatability. it actually looked awesome while i was playing my 1.0 mugen on it. all hi res stuff. real sharp.

Use a VGA or HDMI connector. I've been ussing a 50 inch hd tv for my display for 5 years now. I wouldn't waste money on a monitor. As for the Mugen on PS3 I wouldn't worry to much. I saw this guy post over at Elecbyte forums a few months back & he could barly get KFM to work properly with his program. After seeing the new video with Ken & the game running horrible framrate on that old dos program. Plus you would have to send him your character & he would have to rework the code to use in his PS3 mugen. He'll get bored after 5 chars so this project is going no where. It's only good for youtube hits.

Everybody panicking about companies "finding out" and shutting it down stop worrying. Paintown has been around for awhile, it does use normal MUGEN chars and has nearly nothing to do with the actual Paintown game. It was designed as a way to have sort of an open BOR for all kinds of consoles, and it added MUGEN to its select screen, this is the site: http://paintown.sourceforge.net/. PS3 Jailbreaking is extremely restrictive and is piracy already, companies don't care about the Homebrew made for it.

That plus they already know MUGEN usually makes people more interested in their own games anyway. Imagine how much publicity DarkStalkers gets as a result of MUGEN, since it is the only way to play a new one (as of now).

Oh hi, i just came in to say the Lando is SO not the only one here.

My Flat screen has compatibility and I agree, MUGEN does look beautiful on it.

However, you may want to change the resolution If needed.
