Kevin Conroy voice pack for Alucard's Batman

After years of playing mugen, I always appricate the creations you people make.   I've wanted to contribute something for a while.  So I changed the voice in Alucard's Batman to Kevin Conroy's voice.
Yeah, that's right Kevn Conroy's voice as Batman.  Don't know who he is?!!! (You've been living under a rock. ) 

I've been working on this the last couple of weeks going through tons of video I could think of(come on, over 10 years worth!) for voice samples to use. 

It took really long trying to remember which lines would be best to use.  I ended with lots of clips that I didn't end up using. 

Ironicly, I had the hardest time finding a clip with Conroy saying "I'm Batman..."  Most of the scenes that come to mind, had loud dramatic music playing making those samples useless.  I even went as far as digging out tv shows Conroy appeared in,but there he was talking like he usually would thus sounding like Bruce Wayne rather than  Batman.


Tried the best I could do doing this voice pack  with so much things to look through.  If you think there's a better line than one used tell me which episode or movie it come out in.

I didn't change the voice of the batmobile super "Eat This!" (couldn't think of a suitable replacement)  or grunts and fight hits, or bizarro voice.

i absolutely hated the default voice pack for that char. i kept thinking, "why do i hear hellboy talking when i should hear batman"

That's because Ron Perlman voiced Batman in the Justice League Heroes game.

I tried it, gotta say....nice job!!
you should consider doing this with other character voices from JLU cartoon like Supermans or the Flash!

Thanks.  I was wondering if anyone who tried it was going to comment.  I'm hoping everyone liked it. 

I'm also hoping if Alucard's reading, and approved of this voice pack, he could add a new win pose that lasts 5.7 seconds.  One the voice clips I had to cut was: "You don't touch anything, say anything, OR DO ANYTHING UNLESS I TELL YOU!!!  GOT IT???!!!"   

I tried, tried and tried but couldn't get the clip to fit with the amount of time the win poses lasted.  Even trimming it down it wouldn't fit so I had to cut that clip.  Sounds like an awesome win pose no?  That was the one I wanted to use most.

If everyone liked it, please comment.  I was thinking of doing Lobo or Lex Luthor next depending on the feed back.

I liked the voice pack myself but some of the stuff here I proberly wouldn't have used.

If you are wanting good and apropreate Kevin Conroy as Batman voices I'd sugest using these three pleaces.

Batman Arkham Asylum (Even more so since theres a cut scene in that game with Joker in the Gardens in Arkham the voice of that scene would go perfect with Joker's special intro)

Batman Rise of Sin tzu (The taunts that he does it it could be used for intros and his taunt in the game)

Batman Vengance (It has some good voice work)

Yes, while I do own Rise of Sin tzu, when I ripped samples from it, it didn't come out sounding so hot.   Though I was able to use
"That the best you got?"  And the win pose "NEXT...." from it.

I don't own Arkham Asylum, though I really wanted to buy it.  Went to my friends house to rip voice , though again best lines had loud dramatic music playing, making null and void.  Though, I ripped and tried best to fix "I'll NEVER let you win...."  Couldn't fit it for win pose or pre fight, not enough time for line to play, even trimming it.

Never had or can get Vengance thou, I'm afraid.

There  was just so much years worth of material to thumb through, finding lines to use.  Which is why in a way, I'm hesitant to work on Lex Luthor.   Though, I'm think I'm gonna go for it, it was fun to do.
