After working on her alongside Jupiter and Mars, she's finally released!


(Note: The palette shown here is her Oakland Athletics based alternate palette, she has her default in there, I swear).

Many things have been dealt with compared to the original, and a few new features were implemented after having animations and stuff just sit around for multiple years.

Don't feel bad.  At least you pulled it off all the way through.  Some guy by the name of Hyper Sonic decided to upload an .exe of a Rickroll, and the filename was unchanged.  So don't feel bad.

Considering all the stuff I've been going through in real life, I've been better.

IMT's new release, Ali's D4 Mizuki, and now Sailor Moon...
I missed all of them ...

Moon wasn't really anything worth seeing. Just every special and super move being instant death, while basics had no pushback of any kind, so mid-stage and corner infinites were possible. The real Moon is still in progress.
