Arcade Mode ( character becomes CPU when I should be controlling) ?

i am trying to use Kojuro and I select Arcade to use him and as soon as the match starts, instead of me controlling him the cpu kicks in and I cannot use him. Every character I have works but for some reason i cannot control him, any solutions?

well does he/she have a certain patch? cause certain patches make characters cpu only.

yea i downloaded the patch for the characters because when he moves his legs dont move....
so your saying the patch is making him cpu only
