Mugen colmns placed WRONG?

This has happened to me before...It bugged me alittle at first..but since i've been doing this since '07 and recently got back in to it, I DL'd a new screen pack (EvE) thinking that it was just a glitch with the last screen pack..apparently not. I was told by people at the Mfg that i should fix that..so, how should i fix that? I've mostly just gone out of my way to collect chars,stages and fight with them of course. I've never been to technical with this as far as screen packs, char creation and life bars inserting was concerned. So, would help and assistance be alright?

For the top glitch:
In your select.def add 2 Blanks after the person under Blossom. And then add two Blanks for every character that is all the way to the right for 8 more rows.

That will fix the top part. The bottom one means that you need to go to where the characters are all the way to the right(glitched) and replace the blanks JUST after the ones that are still in the lines.

Sorry it is a little hard to explain. It may be easier just to re-download the select.def that came with that screenpack and make sure you input the characters without replacing any blanks or adding too many to fit in a certain section.
