Not sure if this will come in handy for you but I found this link (with a another link to MegaUpload of course) that has the MGS Codec screen with sounds, images etc. It's probably everything.

Also, any chance this might be for low res winmugen? I cant use Hi Res...

@DarkCipherLucius sorry bro it was originally intended for lo-res but, I upgraded it. Due to most mugenist moving on to hi-res. Now here comes 1.0....I hope you can get a upgrade soon. Thanks for the link bro.

Oh well, maybe when I gets a new PC, this one is old already and cant take any Hi-Res or even Mugen 1.0.
