fighter factory ultimate tutorial?

After many years (off and on) of prating about with mugen ive finally decided to pull my finger out and learn to make a character. I've downloaded ffu but cant figure out what to do. I can only find tutorials for the old versions of FF so if someone could point a wannabe creator in the right direction that would be awesome. Thanks.

The  best recomendation...use the old FF is a lot better than FFU

Speaking of Fighter Factory, is the auto clns feature in the older Fighter Factory accurate or should I just do the clns myself manually?

And by the way, wasnt the name of this thread implying that the person needed a TUTORIAL?
