Reuben Kee En Rui - Evil Pocket Ryu & Evil Pocket Ken palettes Re-release!

So I'm re-releasing my remastered palettes of Reuben Kee En Rui's Evil Ryu & Evil Ken palettes. Its been almost 3 years since I released these & I figured I would post them once more for everyone to have. I always have a Super Ken & Evil Ryu MB versions also. Check them out on my download list. I hope you enjoy.

NOTE: I could not change Evil Ryu's gloves & hand band. Due to the fact that his head band & his gloves are connected. So say if I recolor his gloves. His head band will be the same color. Maybe one day I will recolor all his sprites to make him 100% perfect. But for now this is the closest you are ever going to get a Pocket/Chibi Evil Ryu.
