NeoRage X Shots Factory help?

Apparently Orochi Herman's stuff is off-limits, so I've resigned myself to ripping the sprites myself.

So, got NeoRage X, The KoF 97 rom, got to Orochi, have him beat my butt and went to shots factory

I thought it was going well till I got this instead of a nice, clear shot:



This makes Jesus weep. Please help Jesus. Jesus is sad now.
