http://kamekaze.clubsyn-x-treme.net/Chuu was the drunken leader of his team in the black tournament. He also is so fast that he appears to just cast afterimages of himself anytime he is moving.
His spirit pulse gives him a speed boost as seen when he drunk the rest of his liquor from the very fight with Yuusuke he was in. He also is allowed to infinitly juggle the opponent. He can also feint through attacks by tapping F at the moment of impact(think parry).
