i used leo's body and basicly put akuma's head on him i think he looks sick

That's not a sprite at all, that's a straight out drawing. Though it does look like it would be Leo's body, at one point. If you're saying that's all you did for the most part, makes me question if you really made it or not.

well obviously thats not all i did i redrew leos body and drew pants on him and also redrew his hands and feet and used akumas head from a sprite i found and yes it is a strait drawing it was just for fun though

dude no offense but the picture quality is horrible. Im guessing it was saved in Jpeg? Save in .PNG or .GIF . Everything related to graphics arts/sprites should be saved in one of those formats if you intend on uploading it for viewing on the internet.

Yeah.. jpg is only for simple images like images for homework assignments.. use png and bmp for sprites... much better quality..
