Drag Me To Hell!!! (PLEASE!!!)

Seen this movie acouple of days ago because it really had a great buzz and now i feel cheated some how. I like what Sam Raimi did with the Spider-man trilogy and i actually enjoyed the acting ability of Justin Long in Jeepers Creepers (Fear Wise)... So i thought this would turn out pretty good (Man, was i wrong)! In my opinion, this is the 2nd worst movie of 2009 (first being Dragonball Evolution) i've seen thus far. What the hell is hollywood doing? This movie is literally Linda Blair meets Roger Rabbit.

Well i actually liked it.  It was scary and funny at the same time.

You must be the only one cause this movie has an overall average of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes. And we all know how difficult it is to get a rating like that on that site.

I actually went in thinking the movie would suck, but I came out horribly wrong. I enjoyed it enough to purchase it when it's released on DVD.

Man, I loved Drag Me to Hell. It's that pure originality Sam Raimi has to his filmmaking that makes it all the more impressive. But it's all about your opinion being placed before-hand. Know that its not just meant to scare you, but keep a goofy "Sam Raimi Splatstick" mindset on the whole movie. By that I mean its supposed to be a movie expected to be unexpected in both humor and horror. If viewed as something just meant to scare you, then it would fall flat in your book.

Yeah! Your right, I did go in looking for a straight horror movie... Maybe that's why i was disappointed. At the end of the day, It's all about the differences in opinion.
