Envshake in throw?

Hello, I'm need some help:
What I should do to add envshake at the end of a throw?

I usually just make it trigger on a certain frame of the characters throw for example:

Character has five frames but i trigger it a frame 4:
Code: [Select]
[State 810, Shake Screen]
type = EnvShake
trigger1 = AnimElem = 4
time = 20     ;Time to shake screen
ampl = 3     ;Amount to shake
freq = 180   ;A frequency of 180 shakes the screen rapidly

Then the frame just after it has about time 1 so its still looks like its triggered at the end of the throw

Or you could use animtime = 0 making sure its above the changestate
