Ripping sounds from PSP games

I'm looking to rip sounds/voices from a PSP game.  Is there a way to do this, or a emulator I can use?   
I actually own a PSP and the game if there is a way to do it that way...

as far as I know because I was lookin for a emulator last week for psp and there is beta stuff but none that actually play games yet i could be wrong.....if i am plzz let me know
