I heard XP was better and I saw that the graphics were better for XP. I wish they would make a good console RPG maker like part 1. RPG Maker 2 was very difficult to use and RPG 3 was just limited despite the better graphics.

there are downloadable scripts that can take it out of the first person battle view mode... and you can make ur own "graphics". just like mugen but rpg styled.

If I had any time to make an RPG nowadays... I would... but I'm too busy as it is... I had made an RPG before, but I accidentally deleted it, and I stopped my other projects because it... yeah... it was that good.

Man I wish I had the time and patience to learn the RPG maker stuff . I usually get into stuff and just stop cause I get bored or "difficult". Man it would be nuts to see a person who is a RPG Maker and a Mugen creator. SOO much time making things, but hey, if you love creating things, I guess you find it fun spending much doing it.

VX has actually been out for a while now. Intrestingly, the standard RTP (Run Time Package) that comes with it uses worse graphics than RPGMaker95 did.

Both VX and XP use variants of the Ruby code system, though VX has a more advanced version. XP, however, seems to have more community support as it's been out longer.

yeah i have xp. i just found out about vx today. from the looks of the script link, vx has of support too.
