What animation program do you guys use?

Thers so many of them, whats the best (for being free) program?
Im using vista btw.
Ive been searching, like on download.com but sometimes things dont work, or have hidden services hidden within them that instal themselfs on your comp.

i use macromedia flash 9 i know where to get it with the serial key

cs3 has all so since animation is included you just make the frames. and i can get any product for free with a keygen or a crack file
