[Stage]Star Boxing

The boxing ring from the Boxing game in Game & Watch Gallery 4. This is the Modern version, if I can find the Classic one, I'll make that too. Anyways, this is a stage I'd always wanted to see MUGENized for some reason. I couldn't find the Boxing BGM, and I'm not sure if it even had any, so I put the BGM from Octopus in there. I think it actually works quite nicely, and it's a break from the hardcore BGMs of most stages.
