how do u edit sprites

hi i  wantt o edit sprites i wantt o use some sreetfighter char but change the we the look  so i can kinda still use them as char i seen a few ppl use mbison to make char i lkike to do the same

You got to use paint or photoshop to edit character sprites.IT'S Tough and Requires LOTS of Practice.

You got to use paint or photoshop to edit character sprites.IT'S Tough and Requires LOTS of Practice.

There is also GIMP which is free software and has what you need to edit characters.

Also editing takes time and Practice, the more you try the better and the more experienced you are. :)

I actualy tend to use MS Paint. I think that just about any paint program or photo manipulation software is helpful for spriting. In the end, my suggestion is to utalize the program that you know best. The more comfortable you are with the program, the easier it will seem, as there really is no easiest way to sprite.

True.Whichever program best suits you it'll be much easier to sprite.The program I'm best with is Paint and I'm a beginner spriter and I did ok on my spriting.But I could still use alot of practice.But you know what they always say practice makes perfect.
