no offence but this can't really help anybody
the ip's effectiveness are only as helpfull as where the server is
EXAMPLE
let's say I'm in NC (which I am lol)
and I wanted to play on a server from...idk Washington (THE STATE, NOT DC)
the lag whould be HELL
see what I'm saying?
