there should be a true comic book adaption so it could be like 300, SIN CITY, and WATCHMEN movies    .

Yeah. They went into more of a 4kids mode in 2 and 3. 4 which actually was mostly done by 4kids, had the turtles using their weapons. TMNT4 was probably more mature then TMNT2 and 3. I hope TMNT5 is in the works.
