need help making an move.

Ck, im tryn to make a ryo sakazaki type super move for a character.
I managed to get the animations ready i just cant seem to get the coding right. Its like sometimes the char will go through the floor, other times it will connect, then it just starts that same animation over.
does anyone know how to do this ?

Is there a changestate @ the end of the statedef?
