NOTE: Kagura has undergone some gameplay changes, most notably the Touhou-style Spirit Meter and improved attacking speed.

Version 2.2 -> 3.0

Quote
  • CHANGE: Kagura's Projectile attacks now use a Spirit Meter, akin to that in Immaterial & Missing Power. This doesn't apply to Supers.
  • CHANGE: Wind Cutter replaced with Gale Cutter.
  • CHANGE: Reduced afterimage effects on dashes.
  • CHANGE: Forward+Y (launcher) is now faster
  • CHANGE: Attack speed of Dance of Blades increased.
  • CHANGE: Air version of Dance of Blades no longer stops Kagura in midair.
  • CHANGE: Air Dance of Blades can now be used multiple times in midair.
  • CHANGE: Charged Dance of Blades completely changed. It now fires 3 projectiles instead of one large one. It no longer requires 500 power.
  • CHANGE: Trap of the Undead hitbox size decreased.
  • CHANGE: Fan Trip speed increased, can now be comboed into Dance of the Crane more easily.
  • CHANGE: Kagura can now use her Crouching Strong attack as a wakeup attack.
  • CHANGE: Kagura can now perform wakeup dashes by holding either direction while getting up from lying down.
  • BUGFIX: Hit sound for Dance of Blades corrected.

Version 2.1.1 -> 2.2:

* N/A - Critical Shot
- A passive ability that gives all of Kagura's melee attacks a chance to induce an extra
  25% damage. Projectiles and supers are not affected by this.
- Learned from: All (9)'s Melty Blood characters, Toma & Raien Makoto's MB characters

Basic Enemy Skills
---------------------

* B - Artillery Bomb
- Takes aim with a rocket launcher and fires. If used in midair, the rocket is fired
  downward at a 45 degree angle, where it will explode on contact with the opponent or the
  ground. The explosion will hurt both enemies and allies, so use at close range can prove
  unwise. The rockets can be destroyed by attacks or projectiles, but this will cause it to
  explode. Take note that a direct hit from the rocket is more powerful than the actual
  explosion. Both versions have a recoil which knocks Kagura backward.
- Learned from: Jill Valentine, Marvin the Martian, Solid Snake

* QCF+x/y - Frost Pillar
- Fires a vertical column of sub-zero ice particles. Will freeze the opponent on contact,
  but will launch the opponent backwards if he/she has already been frozen in the combo
  string if this move is used more than once in a combo.
- Learned from: Iceman, Frostman, Kula Diamond, Sub-Zero

* F+b - Thunder Jolt
- Sends an electrical spark that travels across the ground. Relatively weak, but can only
  be guarded by crouching
- Learned from: Dyan Silva, Evil Ryu, Iku Nagae, Mech Hisui, Mech Zangief, Pikachu,
                Sesshomaru, Setsuna

Super Enemy Skills
---------------------

* QCB+y+b - Adamant Barrage (requires 1000 power)
- Rapid-fires diamond spears in all directions for a short amount of time. The real potency
  of this attack lies in close range.
- Learned from: Inuyasha, Sasuke, Yukari Yakumo

* QCF+x+y - Ancientpower (requires 1000 power)
- Summons levitating rocks from the ground, which rise in a linear progression towards
  the opponent. Can also hit lying down opponents. Has some invulnerability time at
  startup, and cannot be blocked in the air.
- Learned from: Frieza, Kanako Yasaka, Kanna, Onix, Registeel

* QCB+x+y - Chronofreeze (requires 1000 power)
- Slows down time. Kagura is unaffected, while everything else moves at 50% normal speed.
  The length of the move's effect depends on how much power Kagura has when the move is
  used. Kagura is able to use her other supers during this time
- Learned from: Dio Brando, Luigi, Sakuya Izayoi, Sakuya I. Brando, Sakuya S. Brando,
                Shadow Dio

* QCF+y+b - Shadow Ball (requires 1000 power)
- Charges a ball of shadow energy. During a brief pause, Kagura will be able to charge up
  the ball by inputting an 8 button command as shown on the screen. Each successful input
  will increase the ball's damage.
- Learned from: Blackheart, Gardevoir, Lucario, Yuyuko Saigyouji

Arc-Drive Enemy Skills
---------------------

* HCF+b - Goner (requires Blood Heat)
- A large full screen attack that will wipe the opponent(s) from the face of existence
  if they are KO'ed.
- Learned from: N/A (requires Omega Palette or Cheap Kagura Type)

Cheap Kagura Type
-------------------

****WARNING: Extremely Cheap Character. Use at your own discretion****

An optional addition to Kagura. CKT is AI-only, and can be accessed by holding Start and
pressing Z at the character select. Fight at your own risk, as she has the following:

- Infinite Power
- Spams Supers out the @$$, including her Arc Drives
- Slows time down with Chronofreeze as soon as the match starts
- Starts using Goner at 50% health or less

Wow, you put in alot of stuff from the anime. I also like the learned skills system you implemented. Really good work there, Ricepigeon  =D>

Her new & improved Dance of the Crane should add alot more fluidity to her now

shes amazing. inuyasha is good manga to see her is good. shes a soild character have you ever thought making them mvc styled? and what about naraku , ever think of making him?
