Target corporation just setteld a big lawsuit for their website nit being accessible yo the blind .how many blind people shop online ? The case ruled that was not the point , the site had to be made accessible for one blind person that may want to . The sad part is the guy that filed the lawsuit wasn't even blind . He claimed he was looking out for those that are . I think he was looking out for his own pockets , Seeing that he made money in the settlement .
