its the first boss from Genesis Superman game. Do he have a name?

Mister Mxyzptlk has had various different looks in superman series and he is in the genesis game. . could be toyman too even tho yeah he was more a batman villian.

Im pretty sure toyman has always been a superman villian, he was in lots of episodes of superman animated series.  But the Prankster??  I thought he was a flash villian, I remember Mark Hammil playing him in the tv series

exelord yeah i actually had the game yeaaaaaarrsss ago. Its the The Prankster definetly . i read the game story on it and its him. i was surprised they put him in there. i am not sure where and who The Prankster main arch nemesis is  but i always did see toyman in of batman cartoons but usually it was in some crossovers and like in the Justice League episodes on some.
