Okay, just found out that the collab between Sega and the POKéMON developers Game Freak is sadly NOT PulseMan 2. Instead, it's just some lousy elephant:

And that stupid elephant has also stolen the name of Tempo (that very hip bug from the Sega 32X game of the same name). Go home, Metal Slug Advance, we got a new definition for disappointment.

Not sure if you guys are familiar with homebrew games or this group making these games, but there's some games being made for Sega Genesis and one for Super Nintendo! There's a RPG game already made for the Genesis and this is the latest game they're working on.

Looks beautiful. Sadly I don't have a Genesis. I think this is awesome that someone is out there making high quality homebrew games for the 16 bit consoles.

Looks like there's that beat 'em up for Genesis and a puzzle adventure game for SNES. Not sure when those will ever be available. Their stuff is new to me. It's really cool seeing real games being made for the 16 bit consoles today. I'm thinking of trying out for being a beta tester for them. It would be so cool to have been a part of making a 16 bit game, in whatever capacity I could provide.

Sounds like a great idea trying to beta test for them. that beat em up game looks fun as hell though. I would have loved being a part of a 16 bit game back in the day. miss those times....A lot of fun gems to remember

No, Nintendo and Sega would never bring back and support their old hardware. The Watermelon team is just making new games for those consoles. Thus, you will already need an original SNES or Genesis. I don't really care for Silent Hill, but I do worry about the future of Metal Gear Solid and the Metal Gear franchise in general, because that one belongs to Kojima as well.

Ive been a fan of the Silent hill games since it started but I started disliking it and losing interest when the americans took over. That's another reason why I want the original Japanese producer of the castlevania series to come back again. ...for the big consoles..

but anyway I read an update that the metal gear series will be fine I guess....so no worries there
