What if Vega would have suceeded in his ambition to posess Ryu's Body, his Hadou, strenght and skills??

which new techniques and raw power should result? Let's make the trip.

Even when he (yeah, i know) is a head swap, the atractive here is the combined moves and new techniques in a high quality spriting (a la Asura).

I started spriting, im in the gethits now. I'll take the necessary time, but ideas are always good to read, aswell as any contribution (concepts, arts, etc, but sprites).

in fact the main moves will be from vega/bison, combined with Ryu,evil ryu move's, or psycho moves infused with Hadou ones

I'm sorry but I never liked the fact that Bison had that hand "jerking" problem. Honestly if you were to remove it that standing sprite would be fantastic IMO.

my only real issue, and I know this might be late since you're already deep into spriteing, would be trying to sync his head movement with his body movement abit more.

looks nice...but bison wanted ryu's body, right? this one has bison's body with ryu's head.
and if you went the other way around it wont look right + will probably need a lot more sprite work

the idea is good but i think the character should have a bit more to him...i still like it tho.

I like this idea a lot, good luck with it but is that his main palette? Dont you think it would look better if it was black with red instead of the yellow? it would also match Ryus headband

the stance could change... i mean could.

@IF: Bison wants Ryu's body, but rememer that the actual body of Vega is overpowered, thats why his muscles in Alpha saga, same deal with Ryu's even younger body.

also, less spriting hehehe

IMO he should have more of an upright stance on his legs and the upper body with arms still ready to attack like this losing animation before the fall. (this way with the legs he still looks to attack yet stands firm like Ryu)

Or possibly use Cammy's stance with the legs and the same upper body animation in the first post.

here are my two options:

alpha -like stance

and for the Boss type stance, my money is in something like this:(concep, the flaws at the left shoulder should be fixed )

-floating in his feet tips

@xGutsx: Those last 3 pics could be incorporated into one stance with much more fluidity... I don't like the 1st one.. I agree that Bison would abuse Ryu's powers but maybe that 1st one could be a win pose...

but the question is what if he didnt know how to use Ryu's powers?? (DBZ reference) Captain Ginyu steals Goku's body and can't use his powers but after fighting for a while he sprt of gets used to it.

Already another character? Wow, well, it's just the sprites for now I guess, I do prefer the Alpha stance, very nicely done, this should be good as you have some very fine spriting skills, can't wait to see what you showcase next.
