maybe you should make that the tentacles wrap the opponent upper, so it looks like its suffocating the opponent and not hurting his legs.....also you could add envshake to the move so it would look more powerful

I like your idea of the special...very original

The hyper looks great. However, I'd replace the hyper where he rides the dolphin instead of the bubble. The bubble can be useful, but I haven't see the dolphin riding one to be handy at all.

i really like the rikuo riding special, maybe i can change dolphin for another animal.. any sugestions?

The dolphin would be your best choice, but he could ride any marine animal, like shark, whale, squid, some big fish, etc.
