I need help with my Mugen!

Guys ive downloaded Hi Res Win Mugen from Mugen Infantry , and i can't install screenpacks , the music is so bad i can't understand anything! Can anyone give me some hints on how to install a good screenpack with of chars slots?

go to mugen.CFG open with notepad
go here

type the name of the folder of the screenpack there then save
EXAMPLE

or just check youtube
