That's because I specifically made a lifebar portrait for Luffy's Nameless Bars (I love those bars)  :)

He looks awesome Excursion.

You seem to have a liking for the original Megaman robot masters. Out of curiosity, do you plan on doing any of the other four?

He's good but his sound is REALLY hard to hear. I thought it was my speakers but when I used headphones the sound was still really low. Also his taunt and intro really seem out of place. But other than that it's a good character.

Uhh... lets say its a byproduct of the chemicals used to cause the freezing effect and the other systems used to compress the gas, everyonce in a while theres a backup and it has to be relesed.

He looks awesome Excursion.

You seem to have a liking for the original Megaman robot masters. Out of curiosity, do you plan on doing any of the other four?

 >:-(-|

Maybe. I started doing sprite edits of Pharoahman but quickly lost interest because I know very little of him and and moves would have to be thought and rethought before finally settling on something original rather than clone Anakaris. Elecman was started by one of our members here, so I left that alone, but that fell to the wayside I guess because I have not heard of any progress on him. Same with Geminiman. Quickman would pose a whole new set of challenges for me (cloning P1 and such) so if I wanted to take on something challenging (to me) then he would be my next MM robot WIP, if I do another one.. but more than likely, I would do Elecman. I have been fascinated with Cutman, Iceman, Elecman, Heatman and Metalman and half of these robots have come to fruition (big prop's to laspacho also here..)

He's good but his sound is REALLY hard to hear. I thought it was my speakers but when I used headphones the sound was still really low. Also his taunt and intro really seem out of place. But other than that it's a good character.

These sounds were the best I could do. I am not a sound master or anything, so I really did not mind it much. If you want to take a crack at raising the .snd file's volume for me, have at it. Just make sure you post it here and shoot me a PM for whoever does (if anyone even tries) and I will include it in the next version update with proper credit given. The entire character is a shoot. I mean, with the exception of the HP and jump, he had no other moves so to give Iceman a personality and moves that most traditionalists would not normally agree with was a challenge in itself besides the spriting work and coding certain moves. That Iceman (X-Men) intro was another shoot off the hip as someone may download this character from a warehouse one day thinking it's actually X-Men's Iceman and be elated when they actually start a match but sure as heck be surprised when the truth is revealed about which Iceman you are about to kick butt with.  If you dislike the taunt, dont use it.  ;*))

how is a taunt useful? I thougt taunts were just for kicks

That's why it's such a wacky move, it's just for my own personal kicks.

To everyone else with nice comments: Thank you very much. I take more pride in the fact that I made you smile at least once when playing Iceman than anything else.

I cannot praise you enough Excursion.

A bit late in saying, but Iceman is wonderful.

He's a fun character, a fun opponent, and a general hoot.

Didn't read the whole thread so excuse flaws being repeated.

-Holding forward while alternating LP/MP yeilds an infinte. Also, just holding forward and mashing the MP button is an infinite.

-Snow bomb can be used for 0 energy and gives you some in return (even if it takes 500).

-Ice Beam deals too much damage for a level one super (400-500 depending on the characters defense).

-Needs VelSet on his HK otherwise it could be a semi-infinite. Might also consider lowering the poweradded too, since 200's too much for a basic (even if it is a 4-hit animation).

-Animation of Ice Beam still continues even if he's interrupted (via proectile or some other attack)

-MK does no damage, despite "Kicked Up Ice" saying it's supposed to.

-Might consider increasing the volume on his voice, sincei t's hard to hear.

-Ice Beam doesn't interrupt projectiles (they just pass through the beam and hit you).

-Hail Super does small amounts of damage (might be because of his 50 base attack).

That's about all I saw, though I liked the Iceman stage (don't care much for the music choice though).

Hey, I got a new one. If Iceman gets caught by Wonder Woman Reloaded's Magic Lasso Hyper, after she finished spinning him around and throws him, he just floats away.

A couple of things worth looking into (IMHO anyway)...

1. His hailstorm hyper really should combo hit...for some reason it gets MAYBE a 3 hit and they are usually non-consecutive...it should be a longer stream of hits...maybe something similar to Storm's Hail Storm hyper (hit-wise)...like 15 hits or so...Megaman EoH suffers from the same problem, however if you catch them mid-air and sometimes mid-move it will rack up a few hits (in the teens usually) before it, for some reason, breaks the combo string and the counter goes back to 1.

2: At work at the moment so I'm not sure of whatelse he has as Hypers, but IIRC he needs a couple more...no ideas at the moment as I've got a bit of a headache, but if I come up with anything, I'll let you know...

spoken like a true creator that loves his work. Great job again Ex.

*question*

Did you ever make another update for Cutman or will it come with the release of EoH? The last update I saw was the change in the Ai spamming >o:-(
