high resolution stage help

im new to mugen and i would like to make a stage. is there a tool to make high resolution stages and if so where can i get it from?any help will me greatly appreictaed and thnaks in advance.  your humble servant

use Photoshop or GIMP to create the images, (at least 640 X 320 pix for the background and save a .bmp file). Infraview to convert to .pcx file, and Fighter Factory to create the .def, .sff, and any files such as cns, and animations. Look around some of the tutorials or use any hi-def stages files in Fighter Factory as a reference
