get rid of the outline on torso and add some shading but it looks great otherwise. Especially the flame.

The torso has no shading at all. Take a look at other snk sprites from the searies your editing from, they use allot of colors and shades.

Looks decent you should add it to the Sprite yourself thread too, it's on the next page of the graphic art area.
