simple... DT created that sprite and he said he wouldn't "join" any of the contest (since he would always end up knowing the theme) and well this is probaly just his way of joking (he tends to do that a bit... not much, just a bit

The thing I am a little bugged by is some of the scene(?) things added to these sprites. I don't know if they helped or hurt these sprite choices example, Beetlejuice I thought the worm hurt it, Conan I thought the chair was OK. I voted based purely on the character sprite.

There is only a half an hour left to vote . Poll closes at 5 o'clock my time . This week is the wrestling PPV & I'm going to my buddies house . His wife usually makes some good dinner .

But I decided when I started this , it wouldn't be fair for me to enter .

I know the theme before anyone & I see everyone's submission before everyone else . I also know who made each sprite . 3 good reasons it's not fair for me to enter the competition .

Putting The Crow as sprite # 16 , with no way to vote for it . Was me being funny , since I feel that I can't enter the comp .

Voting is locked . Oh , but it's not over yet .....

We have a first place winner , but there are ties for second & third .

Now I didn't vote yet . I always vote before I close the poll , because we can never have a tie for first place . But this week I didn't vote . Which leads me to my dilemna .

Do we need definitive winners for all places ? My vote could do that .

So do I .....

A ) Vote for what I was going to ? Which was Edward Scissorhands . That leaves everything the same & ties for 2nd & 3rd .

B ) Cast my vote to break up the tie at second place ? So we will have one second place & one third place winner

C ) Leave the two way tie at second , both deserve that & were actually so close to first . Then I should just vote to break up the third place tie ?

D ) Don't vote at all , because my vote shouldn't count . Just leave everything the way it finished ?

Let me hear your opinions on this & I will do what's necessary after I get home from watching the PPV .

Well, here's the way I see it.

1) Vote for anyone in 2nd place and it will automatically lead into a tie for 1st. So, that won't solve anything there.

2) Maybe you shouldn't vote as you do know who made what and since it's suppose to be unknown to the public, having someone that knows what's going on wouldn't be too fair. Your call though.

3) If you're not gonna vote 'til you get back from your friends house, then why close the voting.? It's mid Sunday, you could have left it open 'til you got back, then voted and closed it. Chances are there would of been a few more votes by then that could of changed everything. So why close the voting if it's still Sunday and things really won't end 'til hours later.?

Yep I used a filer for Predator. Then I drew on top of that for two hours since I didn't like how the filter blew it up.

This already came up last week . Everyone seemed to agree that I should at least have the right to cast my vote .

It's evening here . I start the comp at midnight Friday , my time & end it Sunday evening my time . If I left it open until I get back , that leaves the voting open until Monday . So I closed it when I should , I just didn't cast my vote before I did . Last week I actually screwed up . The comp was over & I forgot to lock the poll . Someone voted on Tuesday

If you vote for anyone in 2nd though, it still makes a 1st place tie. 1st is at 16 votes, the second placers are at 15 votes. So, voting for either would still make a 1st place tie at 16 votes each. The only tie I think you can break up is third.

I didn't see the thing about you voting last week, the only reason I mentioned it is because you brought up if your vote should count. A little confused as why you mentioned it if it's settled already.
