3: darknut (from the original legend of zelda, those things were dam hard to kill)
2: cactaur (they run away too quick, they are really hard to hit, 10,000 needles)
1: medusa heads (I HATE THIS THINGS WITH A PASSION, THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WITH GAPS IN THE AREA, AND THEY ALWAYS TRY TO KNOCK YOU OFF LIKE THE BITCHS THEY ARE)

Ultima Weapon (Final Fantasy VII) Because all he does is run away for like 8 years unless you have KOTR
Mudman (Castlevania: S.O.T.N.) Because you only have one shot of hitting or killing this thing and if you don't that one time, you can't get him in the Beastiary.
Lister the Tormentor (Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction) because he stuns, is extra Storng, Cursed, and is usually immune to cold.

in no preticular order:

golden axe final level- the two gold skelletons that DONT DIE! they have infinate life so one person would have to try to distact them (which would eventually end up in them dieing) long enough do the other person can kill the boss.

those stupidly strong fire dog things in the tower in ff4 that do a magic spell that takes out about half your life and hit your entire party $\-/o$ (still have gotten past that)

the hands in the forest temple,shadow temple and the kakariko well in ocarina of time. those things freaked me out so much as a kid,

and they still do

i kinda like Ultima weapon because he flies away. everytime you encounter him you can steal super rare items

.....sorry im like a ff7 freak. i already have my master file saved on my ps1 still that none can beat and i did it all without hacks and cheats though on another data i did switch in sephiroth and i rose aeris from the dead. I even kept Ultima alive in the first spot you fight him on purpose as well as the other weapons just so i could always have them alive on one data then id go around kill over the emerald weapon, then ruby, and then lastly i say mr ultima for last. use the apocalypse sword for triple everything......i talk too much

dark kahn - mk vs dcu, didnt really do it for me, a useless amalgam that looks terrible and yet is the hardest mk boss to date (i cant believe i said something negative about a mortal kombat game, i hate myself)

MEGAMAN 9 period!!! I love the game but, COME ON!!!!!
any platformer where there are enemies that require multiple hit that chill on a butt-crack of land to knock you in a pit, water, laver or spikes...
jason vorhess on friday the 13th for the nes (kill him four times and you'll see what I mean)
any wild life from ninja gaiden for the nes.

I hate the bees in Galaga for some reason . I always have .

I agree on those Medusa heads in Castlevania , especially part one .

I hate those Witches in Left for Dead . I can't stand that eerie song they sing . I have to find them immediately just to make it stop .

Those hand things in the 1st legend of zelda that take you back to the beginning of the dungeon.

This thing on Earthbound that's like a wind snake dude coming out of an urn playing a pipe. he's just creepy.

floating tiles on any zelda game. Really? seriously? the floor is attacking me?
