« on: August 23, 2007, 12:35:53 PM »
I need help I saved all the sprites to the pcx file. when I go to add sprites It says 1 new sprites were added. then something about image being visualized incorrectly, because not exist none palette applied to SFF. To correct, adjust the group, palette of image or open one act palette in panel of palettes. How do I do that? Help please.

After converting all your sprites to .pcx format, 1st open FF and click on Tools at the top right of  the menu bar, and click "PCX Clean". Add all the .pcx images, open the color palatte (click on the little folder symbol to select the palette), and press clean to make your sprites compatible with the palette. Next, when you add the pcx to you sff, highlight all the pcx images you're gonna use, and check both "Shared Palette" and "Auto Crop" (these two boxes are right above the "Open button" at the bottom right). This should solve your problem.

If I may ask, I have both FF and MCM, but I got no idea how to use them. I want to make a char from scratch.

Any help please?

The best you can get is youtube tutorials and the Mugen docs. Nobody will sit and explain it to you because it's so tedious. Try searching google for some or try this one http://www.mugenguild.net/~cyanide/

You could try getting a free trial of Photoshop or PSP.
