Oh... that's what you were talking about.  No I don't use his method of picture to sprite conversion.
I use paint.net and paint to do my picture to sprite conversions.
It takes a long time, but it's the best method for me so far.

I basically convert the image I want into a total black and white picture, and then I begin the long process of converting the image into a picture. Which I showed my method under my sprite.

hadnt seen this topic, the hulk is rather good (now that would  be a fun character to make), some of the non sprites are good as well
