Hi there!

I've asked Skhsato123 about allowing me to edit his Ra's Al Ghul and he kindly said yes,  so I worked with his good spritework to make a completely new version that, among other things, contains:

- All states rearranged.
- All hitdef stuff balanced.
- New intros-winposes.
- New sprites (all original sprites realigned and fixed to allow new palettes).
- Clsn boxes rearranged.
- New gameplay (CvSish).
- Rearranged comboability.
- 7 new specials and two strikers included.
- 7 new hypers , including a resurrection one (you can imagine where it comes from).
- New sounds.
- A.I.
- Ending (storyboard).
- Main issues fixed.
- surely more stuff that I'm forgetting right now.

It would be good to have your feedback. There are things I think they can be improved. To know about those things and about Ra's moveset and fighting style (and credits) please check the READ ME file.
