Standing for the "Bike mode" ... he will fight on his bike too and will be more dangerous on it ... remember , Johnny is the greatest stuntman alive and he will show it on Mugen !!  ;*))

I have read this stories , but I don't think to give him a "bible combo"  :DxDie ... but I plan to do a Mephisto Hyper and a Zadkiel Hyper , and if I can do a stage , I think to make many characters from the comics in it.

I think you've done a great job with the Bike there, but I would say for it to be more believable that he's just standing there, you might take one or both of his hands off of the handle bars, just because most people who ride bikes professionally don't have their hands on the bars when standing, especially if they're about to beat the hell out of someone. (Or into them, in this case.)

What I have do until now is just the begining , and it' s very hard for me , too much work on each sprite (it take me 4-5 hours to finish one) and difficult to find original move (it take me 1-2 days to find the concept of each animation) , look etc ... I need your support , and don 't forget , it's your creation of all of you that have bring me to Mugen ... I enjoy your work , so don' t stop , we all learn from each other , and perhaps when my WIP will finish , w could work together . When I have started , I thinked to finish in 1 year , now I think that it will take me more time (and the coding will kill me) ...
Next I will do his Jump , I have some problems with his "walking back" , I can' t find a good idea , if you could help me ...

I think the he looks amazing on his bike. However, it's just at an odd angle so I'm not really sure it'll work well in the way it comes out looking on screen. He also looks a bit bigger on his bike then when regularly standing. Does look absolutely amazing though. :)

We stopped checking for monsters under our bed when we realized they were inside of us.

If you need inspiration/concept for original moves you can take a look at Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, he was one move where he creates a chain and rips it apart, sending the chainlinks (aflame) like shrapnel at enemies.

I think you should use a completely separate fire effect for the skull, that way the fire can loop while you manipulate the body on its own without having to worry about any "still" frames.

When it comes to programming, you'll have a lot of help available here on Infinity, if there is one thing Infinity has it's programmers willing to help out.

This ghost rider looks great and I believe you should use the voices from the ghost rider   movie and game from the ps2 and you should make him play like MvC and maybe CvS for he'll play very well but,it's up to you. All and all,it's a great wip and I hope to play with character someday :)
