Captain Commando is on the EoH logo because he was the first mascot Capcom ever had, long before Megaman or Street fighter became the frontrunners. Cap Commando would even come out in most of the instruction manuals back in the day.

Captain Marvel, we because he's freaking Captain Marvel, pretty much self-explanatory.

I could reveal the whole planned roster, but again, that doesn't mean those chars are going to be finished. The video reveals for the demo will begin soon, along with a preview of another character for the upcoming phases.

Will he have everything from SF3? I mean his intros/endings (with effie) as well as all his moves? like say Back + Hpunch?

i'm patient too but some of my favorite capcom chars are going to appear, and sometimes i can't hold myself

Well, the CFAS version is based on Spec Ops version of him, so many things are different (like new moves). But those directional + button moves are in
