Eternaga's stage template problem... (Now Transparency Problem)

Using Eternaga's stage template, I created a stage. While the sprites fit perfectly with his size, and the fact I can see it in the background viewer, for some reason when I try to play it on MUGEN, it doesn't show. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Convert it to 256 colors with paintshop, save as pcx, make sure you have the stage aligned right.

Thank you. Now the stage works, though transparency is still iffy. I'll figure that out. Thank you.

EDIT: Tried to find so many tutorials, yet none of them seem to work. How do I make it transparent?
