Converting PNG into PCX sprites

to convert png to pcx

open the png file, the save as pcx in the file menu.


for batch convert using photoshop.

go to window, show action

and play with the record and playback function.

I am trying to make an MvC Alex using MvC-EoH Template and SFIII Alex Sprites.

Then I use Fighter Fighter but I am so confused on making a character using an MvC Template.

2.decrease colors to 256 bit color
3.save as pcx
easy!!!

Or you could just download Irfanview, it's a free product that does less than photoshop but is good for viewing and converting files. But yeah, pretty much just "save as".
