Can someone help me get MAME online?

Can someone tell me exactly what I need to download to make MAME32K work online? I tried it before and for some reason when I tried to play Garou: Mark of the Wolves in it, it didn't work. Help?

do u mean u cant go online or garou dont work

Garou didn't work. It works fine in MAME32 though.

Garou didn't work. It works fine in MAME32 though.
