How come the stage isn't 1.0 compatible? Is there a line of code that works on Win but not 1.0 or what?

Yes there is.

In Mugen 1.0 you are not able to use decimals in your stage code. Win Mugen Plus allows this.

well good thing i came here before installing this stage,  sucks i really wanted to give this one a whirl , but i only run 1.0 now , oh well, looks really good in the pics
